Mountain bikers may use 18 miles of fire road north of the steel bridge at Georges Picnic Area; this route passes across streams and along ridges in the Santa Cruz Mountains. South of the steel bridge are multi-use trails. Note: Mountain biking is not permitted on trails.
Biking season: All year. Other activities include backpacking, camping, hiking, nature study. Lodging and dining in Aptos, Santa Cruz.
