The Historic Mountain Winery

Montalvo is pleased to present performances at this historic hill-top site. Montalvo rents the winery amphitheater, allowing us to expand the number of performances in the summer months. These shows generate the additional income to support the continuing growth of Montalvo's non-profit arts programs -- Children's Educational Outreach activities, The Artist Residency Program, exhibits in The Gallery at Montalvo, and various literary events. This winery bears the name of Paul Masson, premium wines and champagne have flowed continuously since 1852. Even during Prohibition under a special government license, twice partially destroyed by earthquake and fire, the original sandstone walls still stand. The 12th century Spanish Romanesque portal came around the Horn.

Mountain Winery - Buffet Dinners

Buffet Dinners begin two hours prior to the performance. Enjoy your dining on the deck and in garden areas overlooking the Santa Clara Valley. Nightly buffets abound with tantalizing gourmet fare that feature different themes. Beverages will be available for purchase.

Parking
Parking is at The Historic Mountain Winery located at 14831 Pierce Road in Saratoga.

Important Information
1. For your safety, alcohol is not allowed in the parking lots of The Mountain Winery. Patrons are subject to search and alcohol will be confiscated.
2. Tailgating (no bbq's or alcohol) and picnicking are allowed in the parking areas.
3. Food, cans and bottles must be left in parking areas.
4. Please do not bring cameras, video and audio recorders. Cell phones must be turned off and pagers on silent.
5. No pets.
6. Performers are subject to change. Performances may include an unannounced opening act.

The Garden Theatre

The Lilian Fontaine Garden Theatre is an outdoor amphitheater with permanent theater seats for Premieum Reserved and Regular Reserved, or terraced grass and stone bleachers for General Admission.

Parking
1. Park on the Montalvo grounds: We recommend ordering a parking pass when you place your concert ticket order. Parking is $15 per car and $5 for Family shows.
2. Shuttles: Parking is free at West Valley College located at the corner of Allendale and Fruitvale Avenues in Saratoga. (about a 5-minute ride away). Shuttles begin 1 hour before showtime *(90 minutes for Senator Supper ticket holders only)* and run continuously until 10 minutes before showtime and will return you to the college after the performance. Shuttles are handicapped accessible.

Important information
1. We cannot accommodate late arrivals at Montalvo or West Valley College.
2. You may not park on neighboring streets and walk onto the Montalvo grounds.
