This is a nice little warm up drill that's gets throws (BH & FH) in to moving targets, gets people to make hard cuts, and gets the team into flowing together.
You start with two stacks. One in the end-zone, and one at the goal line.
Player "A" starts with the disc and throws to "B" who cuts from the back of the stack to the front corner of the end-zone.
Player "B" should not slow down before catching the disc.
Player "A" moves toward the side-line to take a dump pass from "B".
Player "A" turns and swings to "C", who has made a fake into the end-zone (either side)
and cuts back to recieve the swing from "A".
Now the mirror image takes place.
Player "C" throws to "D" who's cutting from the back of the end-zone stack.
Player "D" dumps the disc back to "C".
Player "C" swings back to the next person acting as player "A".
After throwing each swing pass, players "A" and "C" run to the end of the end-zone stack.
After dumping backing to "A" and "C", players "B" and "D" run to the end of the stack at the goal-line.
